How long does it take to process an order?
Each gift box ships within 1 business day (and is made to order and packed by hand!) You will receive an email notification as soon as it ships.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
After we hand your gift box to the carrier, it will likely take between 2 to 5 business days to arrive (depending on the carrier and method you select at checkout.)
How much will shipping cost?
We're unable to cover the cost of shipping at this time. Your exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, using the rates provided by our carriers (based on your destination). The good news is that we provide you with our pre-negotiated commercial rates, so shipping through us will be cheaper than it would be on your own!
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't gotten a shipping confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, we recommend checking your Promotion and Spam folders (this happens all the time!) If you still don't see a note from our team, please reach out to hello@sunrootgifting.com with your name and order number and we'll look into it for you!
Where do you deliver?
We ship anywhere within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii + Puerto Rico. We are happy to hand deliver corporate / event / bulk orders in the Rochester, New York area. Please reach out to hello@sunrootgifting.com to coordinate drop off.
Corporate & Custom Gifting
Can I make a custom gift box?
Yes! We created a Custom Gift Builder, so you can create a 100% personalized gift for your person, linked here.
Can I send a custom gift box in bulk to my team, clients, or event attendees?
Yes! This is our specialty. We'd be honored to discuss your vision and collaborate with you to design a thoughtful and meaningful gift for your recipients. To get started, please fill out this form or reach out to hello@sunrootgifting.com.
Can we add our branding and logo to a gift?
Yes! We have numerous opportunities to add branding to your products and packaging. When we brand our high-quality products and packaging, the result is "swag" that people actually want and use (for years to come!) To get started, please populate this form or reach out to hello@sunrootgifting.com.
Is there a minimum number of gifts we need to order to be able to customize them?
If you're looking to add your logo and other branded elements to one of our curated gifts, we can do this with 10 or more gift boxes. If you're looking for a totally custom gift (curated to fit a special theme, event, or occasion), we ask that you order 30 or more gift boxes so we can hit our supplier minimums. How long does the custom gift box process take, from design to fulfillment?
Our timeline depends on the scope of your project and the level of customization, and typically ranges from 1 to 6 weeks. We've been known to work some magic on tight timelines, so do reach out if you're in need of a high-quality gift in a short timeframe!
Can you drop ship gifts to all my recipient's individual addresses?
Yes! We can ship to any destination within the United States. We also have the ability to ship gifts in bulk to one location for an event or conference. Either way, we send detailed UPS tracking information so you know exactly where your gifts are at all times.
Is there a maximum number of gifts you can fulfill?
Nope! We are equipped to fill orders of any size, and whether you order 5 or 5,000 gifts, each gift that leaves our studio is packed by hand with the utmost care. To get started, please populate this form or reach out to hello@sunrootgifting.com.
Curated Collection: Returns + Cancelations
What is your return policy?
Given that each gift box is made to order and packed by hand, we are unable to accept returns. However, we are completely committed to making sure both you and your person love your Sunroot experience, so if you're unhappy please reach out and we'll do everything we can to make it right!
If I change my mind, can I cancel my order?
We're unable to accept cancelations at this time.
Curated Collection: Recipient Experience
Will my recipient be able to see the price of the gift box?
Nope! We only share the order details (including the receipt and product name) with the purchaser, so your recipient can be totally surprised if you so choose.
Can I send a note along with the gift?
Yes, each Sunroot gift box comes with a complimentary handwritten note. Just indicate your message on the product page and we'll be sure to write it out and include it in your package. If you'd rather we leave the note blank so you can fill it out later, we are happy to do that too.
